M-MOS covers the total flow from design, simulation of process and device, prototype development, qualification and reliability testing to meet the customers\u2019 target specifications and applications.<\/p>\n
This design can be based on standard specifications available or on customer\u2019s specifications or part numbers.<\/p>\n
During production stage, the M-MOS standard business flow is the sales of processed MOSFET wafers which will include the back grinding\/metallisation processes and chip probing (CP) test required by the power MOSFET wafers. The integrated operation team will manage from the foundry till sub-contractors to deliver fully processed MOSFET wafers to the customers.<\/p>\n
Turnkey solutions such as assembly and final test can be arranged as optional value added services through M-MOS qualified backend solution partners. Finally, the customer will carry their own brand name on the packaged devices.
